The general production line of Gangbao uses a two end coating powder machine, which can only produce products with two types of materials and cannot produce products with two side packaging. Our company has produced a new type of shoe material Gangbao production line based on the needs of the domestic market and customer requirements. The Gangbao production line consists of four coating powder machines, which fully control the weight, thickness, and width of the material.

1、 Our company's Gangbao production line has a chemical film thickness of 0.5-5mm, and can produce single-sided composite fabric, double-sided composite fabric, spun fabric, and non-woven fabric.

2、 The width of the produced chemical sheets can be customized according to customer requirements, and the length has an automatic counter that can be set for automatic cutting.

3、 The board material produced, PU material, can be made entirely from first grade material, or both surfaces can be made of first grade material, and the middle can be crushed with second grade or scrap material and placed in the middle without affecting quality and saving raw materials. The surface can be composite with spun and non-woven fabrics.

4、 The surface of the produced board is smooth, with high tensile strength, low expansion and contraction force, and minimal deformation.

5、 The produced Gangbao sheets can be rolled into rolls for packaging or cut into sheet packaging according to customer requirements.
